Refund Policy

Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds after your order has been shipped. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately for replacement.

Online offerings: There are no refunds after 24 hours.

Apprenticeship: No refunds are available for the apprenticeship after registration. If you have a life emergency please contact us! Life happens, so if something comes up preventing you from attending the season you registered for, we are happy to hold a space for you in another season.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior in class, so if a student must be asked to leave the class due to behavioral disruption, the student will either be moved over to an online class format or expelled from the program with no refund for future classes.
