Fire Cider Workshop & Plant Walk
Saturday, November 2nd 1-4 pm Tacoma
A healthy immune system is a foundation for overall wellness. Join Hawthorn & Honey Herbal School for a Fire Cider Workshop. This immune-supportive tonic is a must-have for any medicine cabinet. Its spicy goodness is used to help break up minor seasonal congestion and put a bit of fire in your body’s natural immune response. In this workshop, we’ll work together to chop and blend our ingredients into a few wonderful remedies to carry us through the winter months. After we finish making our Fire Cider, we’ll take a plant walk through the park. Each attendee will take home three remedies, Fire Cider, Onion Honey, and Ginger Honey.
