Grindelia Tincture
Grindelia is a yellow, resinous flower that grows on the beaches of the Salish Sea. The flowers are traditionally used for clearing mucus from the sinuses and lower respiratory system. I included this tincture in one of the fall seasonal boxes and it quickly has become my most requested item!
Directions
Adults, take 2 dropperfuls up to 3x/day.
Some folks squirt the tincture directly into their mouths, others prefer to stir it into water, juice, syrup, or tea. During winter months, we often pair this echinacea tincture with our Cold and Cough Relief Tea or our Spiced Elderberry Syrup for extra immune support.
Ingredients
Grindelia^, alcohol*
(Organic*, organically homegrown**, wildcrafted^)
