Our handcrafted Cottonwood Magnesium Lotion is a soothing addition to your bedtime routine, especially if you’re occasionally kept awake by a sore, achy body.*
Magnesium aids the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for helping you feel calm and relaxed. It also helps regulate the hormone, melatonin, which helps guide your body’s sleep cycles.
The base of this comforting cream is organic olive oil that’s lovingly infused with ethically wildcrafted cottonwood buds and desert sage, both of which are traditionally used to help soothe occasional aches and soreness. The oil is blended with organic tulsi hydrosol and aloe vera for an additional boost of plant-powered moisture.
For additional sleep support, add a dropperful of Good Night Elixir or Valerian Tincture to a cup of Goodnight Relaxing Tea before bed.
