This blend is hand-crafted by our owner and herbalist, Sara, and it features ethically wildcrafted willow from the Cascade Mountains blended with organic peppermint, chamomile, feverfew, blue vervain, and other headache-soothing herbs.

Directions
Steep 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea in 8 ounces of hot water, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Strain (or remove the strainer) and enjoy!
**This product includes a pinch of black tea to help support caffeine's effects on headaches. Consume it no later than 2 hours before bedtime.
