It’s thoughtfully infused with kitchen staples and spices that are traditionally used to help break up minor, seasonal congestion and put a bit of fire in your body’s natural immune response.* 

Directions

Take 1-2 teaspoons of fire cider per day, especially during colder months when immune challenges are more common. If it’s a bit too spicy for your taste, then dilute 1 teaspoon of fire cider in 1 ounce of water. 

One of our favorite ways to enjoy our Heart on Fire Cider is as a vinaigrette base for a dinner salad. You can also mix it with tomato juice, add it to a finished broth, or use it as a marinade - the possibilities are endless!
